Question about MSword 97 and French proofing tools.

I have a pc that is used by many users. This computer has office 97 installed and the french proofing tools. I installed the software as the administrator. Now when ever some other user tries to use the french proofing tools they get the following message.

"there is not enough memory or disk space to run grammer checker"

I tried it when i was logged in as administrator and everything is fine.

Please help,
