Hello Group,

This is a newbie question....I have a check report (stub-stub-check) layout. Section GH3B, Det a, Det b and GF2 contain data for the top stub.

Page Footer "a" contains:

1). A sub-report that prints data on the middle stub (the exact same data as the top stub), and
2). also prints the bottom check.

The check itself contains the date, amount, amount in words, name and address, etc. There is about a 2.5 cms space/gap from the bottom of the page/check to the last address line that gets printed (on the check).

How can I move all the "check" fields (date, amount, etc) down a few lines so that the gap from the bottom of the check is reduced to say 1.5 cms?

Thanks

In the main report, make sure the subreport is nested against the top and bottom of the page footer section--no white space. Also go into page setup and minimize the bottom margin.

In the subreport, make sure the section containing the check fields is similarly minimized vertically.
