Question about Merlin Legend outgoing call restriction

I have an extension at one of our Merlin Legend sites which does not have the ability to call long distance. It can call local, but not anything else. I've looked in the manuals, but I'm having problems finding how to change that. Can anyone give me some instructions of where to go to change this? It is extension 100. Thanks in advance!

Use WinSPM to do a print of Ext. 100. Restrictions can be handled by Outward Restriction, Toll Restriction, ARS FRL's, Disallowed Lists, etc.

The print will tell you exactly what is up

Thanks Tommy, I went there a couple of days ago and when I got onto the system console (x100) I started looking through the System extension settings and saw the Call Restrictions. I just had to change it to unrestricted. Thanks!
