Question about Measurements

I am jsut not really sure how to read this. I have looked up the Avaya documentation, but am not really sure about what "seized" is saying. Are there calls that are getting busy signals? I am just worried about this. They don't want to throw another T-1 at it. I need to know what is actually going on. Any help would be great

seized = calls

the main concern is the 2nd to last column at 8:00 showing "all trunks busy" for 1% of that hour.

Yeah.. I don't know how I missed that. Been looking at too many numbers today. Think this is just too many calls for the 23 members we have.

Not if a DID goes to a CM station that's call forwarded to a number somewhere and that number somewhere is call forwarded back! Call the DID of cyclical doom and you will use all your channels and when the last leg fails, the rest of the channels will free up.

Hahaha. This is actually used for electronic faxing. So there is a DID forwarded to an extension associated with an electronic mailbox on a server, and that server also faxes out.
