Question about magnetic card and refills on Micros.

I have 3 questions:
How can i know what kind of employee class has a magnetic card slipped ?
How can i know what obj_num has a magnetic card slipped ?. I could search the id number in emp_def.
How can i control the number of refills of a product, we want swiping a manager card when the third refill has been reached.

Micros RES 3700, 4.9 version.
