the question is :can i make it easier to use the feature 84 (like with a speed dial button)
currently they press f84 press intercom dial 204 (target line)select all lines and press ok
and then the feature #84 to cancel for day mode

thanks

set up one DN that is forwarded to 204, then setup a night service with that DN and your reception phone as a member.
Now you can turn on night service from the reception phone or set up a schedule.

You can program the F84 and I believe the F#84 as well on button and just label them nite on and off. I'm thinking the easiest way to forward all of those lines at onetime would be to place them all in a Linepool and Forward the pool.

To stop the calls from dropping into the General Box you need to remove the Fowarding Target there for the B/ RNA conditions. You should be all set from there.

RE My Earlier:
don't give 204 a mailbox,(you didn't) and don't set the target line 204 to ring into VM. set up the target line that receives digits 204 to be answered by the AA at the central location.
