Question about language environment settings (easy one :) )

Hello everybody,

following situation:

We're using an AIX Box running V4.3.3

There is an ascii Terminal (ibm3153) and some PC's connecting via telnet.

How can we manage, that if someone logs in from the ascii terminal, the TERM variable becomes set to ibm3151 and if someone logs in via telnet it becomes vt220 ?
Can we do this somewhere in /etc/profile ? How ?

thread name is wrong... i meant not "language environment settings", but TERM variable settings....
