Can someone tells me what kind of features are posible when i connect an Avaya system with an MD110 via QSIG Tie line.
I this only calling and CLI or can i use for example callback when busy?

Thanks in advance

I have done some testing between MD110 BC11 SP13 and Avaya.

Depending on the Avaya Software (I don,t Know what version it was but it is one of the latest).

We got Callback, Pathe Replacement, Name and Number Display, Diversion and Transfer Working OK.

No Message Waiting though.

Hi at all,
please can describe the data configuration on Md & Avaya? (rocai/rodai/roddi/parnum/...)

I'm testing now this integration, but for example, the cback from MD to Avaya working fine but doesn't work viceversa (also others features doesn't work).

Please can you help me?
thk in advance.

And, for example, Cisco systems do it well - publishing the parameters to interwork their systems with MD110 - as MD parameters and Cisco parameters as well.

Apart: For me, it's not understandable - QSIG is a world standard, exists for many (many) years - why interoperability at supplementary services fails? Or it's only European? But with Euro systems we hear such question?

Cute people, say your opinion, pls :) .

i've only ever set up a DPNSS like between Ericsson and ayava systems and that was pretty simple.

Ended up with full desk to desk dialing using shared extension range. only thing that wouldn't work was Message waiting but had a VMX on each system anyway.

umm,it IS supposed to do that, right??
