Question about Inbox View

Hello - using Notes R5.0.8......when I am viewing my Inbox, the subject line will "wrap" if it is long, so that I don't have to use the horizontal scroll bar to read the entire subject line. This is GOOD! But it is not this way for EVERYONE in my office. How can I make it so for these other users?

A simple suggestion, but its not just a case that they need to drag the right hand side of the column (in the headings bar) in/out is it?. There is probably a technical solution, but that is all I did on my columns.
