Dear,
I have a xerox workcenter that sends scans to mailboxes.
The IMF keeps on deleting the messenges send from the xerox.
I Have a third party software running called IMFcompanion, and added the adress of the xerox to the white list. But without result....

Das anyone have a simple solution to my problem?

Hmm, you're using the right thing to make it work properly. We should work out why it's not working for you.
Another thing, that might not be allowed on SBS, is that I don't recommend internal submission and relay (i.e. what your Xerox device is doing) should be done on the same IP address as the SMTP VSI that faces the Internet. If you want you can create a new IP address and then go into the properties (where you configured the IMF and make sure that the filtering is not ticked on that address.

Dear Mark,

I already did that too.
Is there maby any way that the IMFcompanion is not comunicating with the exchange?

If you're sure you've done everything properly and are even using a non filtered IP address on the SMTP interface then you are, unfortunately, being blocked by something other than the IMF.
So, first step is to tell the IMF not to delete messages but quarantine them. Then you can look in the UCEARCHIVE folder (under MAILROOT) to see if they're there. I am willing to bet they won't be.
Have you got anything else on either the client or the server that could be blocking?
Remember that the SBS, unlike "normal" Exchange has an attachment blocking thing (that I know exists but sadly do not know the details of) so it could well be that which is blocking you, not the IMF.

I will try it right away, but when I trace the message it tells me: "this message has been delited by IMF
