Question about images in Sharepoint

I have an excel chart and have used an image as the Data Series, instead of just the bars etc. When I publish this spreadsheet into Sharepoint, as a web part, the images disappear and the series shows up as bars. When I go to "Open in Excel" the images are back and the bars are gone.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated

Special features in charting, like images and 3D charts, are supported but get displayed as the basic format (ie 3D is displayed as 2D). So nothing is broken, it's the way it is supposed to work.
