Question about how to update certain partial records in an SQL table 1

Hi there

I am trying to update records in a MS SQL databse table.
I have some records that end up in "LLC" and others in "LLC."

How can I update all records so all look the same without editing them one at a time?

Hi,

Try something like that:

update MyTable
set MyColumn = LEFT(MyColumn, LEN(MyColumn) - 4)
where RIGHT(MyColumn, 4) = 'LLC.'
