Question About Forwarding Outlook Email To Distribution LIst

I have a user who receives a specific email on a daily basis and she wants to forward it as read-only to a specific distribution list on the server. I have created a rule that forwards the email when it arrives in her Inbox but do not see any rule settings that allow for it being read only to the members of the distribution list. Has anyone encountered this and know of a solution? We are running Exchange and Outlook 2003. Thanks.

What do you mean "read only" access to it? If you're sending it to their mailbox, you're giving them rights to do whatever they want with it.

I'm not positive, but I don't think you can apply RM via an Outlook rule.

You may well be right Pat, I haven't much in depth experience with it to say a definite yes or no, but nothing else springs to mind as even a remote possibility of achieving the "read only
