Question about ECC configuration

Did someone ever to configure an ECC server (Almost everything on the same server) and install it (server name and master agent name)on an ALIAS on a DNS server so that the agents (on every serever on the field) can always point to the alias ?

You can do this, but it will only work for agents that are installed on machines other than the ECC server. In other words, if your Symm and SDM agents are installed on the ECC server, then using the alias to configure those will work, but only until you change the ECC server. On the other hand, agents (like Host Agents) that live on other servers will be able to communicate with the ECC server by the alias, though they may need to be restarted.
