Hi we have bc10 system with 24 lims using as ACD switch..
I scheduled a synchronization on RDS schedule and it works fine, it takes approximately 6 hours.
Is it possible to synchronize only the ADN ODN ACD member values as scheduling..
The reason for this is, we will get the ODN ADN and ACD datas on SQL server on related tables and use these values for CTI desktop applications.
So i need to synchronize it every day, but i need only EXTENSION'S SYNCHRONIZATION WITH SCHEDULING ON RDS..
Does anybody have idea for it?
Regards.

This should be possible, as you can synchronize parts of the db from the command line. Don't have the exact options here (at home). Check the DNA documentation (read the tech guide!).

Hi,

Try this command:

C:\DNA_S\SHARE\BIN>mds /site:1 /sync:ext=(5120-5130)

The DNA techguide article is named:

MD Support Command Line Synchronization
