Question about DISA

Is it possible to use service codes such as *21* or *24* with DISA in any version of MD110
What i want to do is, sometimes, i ought to divert some huntgroups or ACD groups to others when i 'm at home and if it's possible with DISA, it will be easy to do it.

I seem to think that it's not possible. DISA only gives you access to Md functions that use Auth code or Account code. You can make calls and set profiles, but I don't think diverts are possible.

I don't have DISA so can't check, but this quote from ALEX suggests that it isnt possible.

"Summary of not possible features in combination with DISA

Use of any procedure, except authorization code and account code.
Any activation of features by suffix dialling. "

Also, it has to be a master extension that sets group diversions.

from BC12 a GH member can divert a group internally or even external, if you use this feature in combination with mobile extension you can divert the GH from distance...

Note: I think MEX can only divert gh-group, if it is a member of the gh-group. Otherwise MEX must be Masterextension. Can we define MEX as a masterextension?

And if so: I think, you can not define a free external number as div-position. I think you must define abbs befor and then divert to this short abbs.
