Question about default wave mailbox

Someone know where is set the voicemail default mailbox message for Voicemail Pro ? And it is possible to change it for another wave ?

The files depend on if you're running in IPO or Inutity mode.
You can find all prompts in the VM Pro help under Appendix->Prompts

You'll see the filename in Dbgview, after it has been played.
You may record over it using VMPro or some other appropriate tool, but remember to make a copy in case a future upgrade overwrites it.

You should use dbgview to trace the VM Pro and not monitor.

That's not VMpro Debug view, it's a Monitor trace.

Use Dbgview.

If you're still having trouble finding it...

Download Dbgview.exe from Knowledge Base.

Set the View> Debug filter> Vmprov5svc to "6 Max Info"

Make the call. You can't pause this trace, so <shift>+A and <shift>+C real quick (or Log to File)

Paste to Notepad or whatever you prefer

The wave file will be displayed (folder\filename) without the ".wav", similar to this:

this is a list of all the prompts in Intuity mode

entry is 287.wav but that is only the "Welcome to Avaya IP Office" part of it so you would need the other ones too. It is pieced together with several prompts and I would leave them alone or make a custom menu to retrieve messages
