Hi,
DOes anybody give an information about in which cases Md110 gives congestion message, or what can be the reasons for getting congestion tone?

The problem is, some customers get congestion tone when calling extensions on MD110...

At that time , i check the PCM links on lims where the extension is configured and pcm links where the PRI trunk is configured and i see lots of free PCM links (GJUL links)
Also giving allop command, i see no high call traffic alarm.. Also i don't see any "congestion for supervision value reached KR.." alarm...
Actually 20 percent of calls get congestion tone (fast busy tone).
Is it about lack of CPU (LPU) or TMU or any? What do you advise me to do for preventing getting congestion tone?

Are your trunks correctly configured? I mean incoming, outgoing, and bothway-trunks according to your providers-settings?

Hi lalrl,
The route is between As5350 gateway and MD110 BC12 SP6

Actually we changed these parameters 3 times and actually what i want to know is if it's a capacity problem in MD .Because it occurs on busy hours.. If it was related with parameters it hadn't happened in busy hours of route.

Do you think that it's related with the isdn protocol or any etc?
