Question about conference call

I have a issue with a client. He want, when he do a conference, put someone who is on the conference, on hold to speak only with one callers, and take back the caller after.

On the norstar, that possible, but i don't have find the way on the IP office. It is possible to do ?

Yes it is possible but you need One-x Portal and you must be the conference initiator.

Maybe i am confused with mute but i think on hold is possible too.
Do not forget that you must configure a conference meet me number for this user and configure this in 1XP.
