Is it possible to apply a CAS extension 3 or 4 seconds clerical time ( or whatever else) , so that the port will not able to retrieve the new call during these 3 or 4 seconds
The reason for this is, when an IVR port is so busy, the IVR application fails because of database transactions.
If we set 3 or 4 seconds delay between calls, no application fails.
