Hello. My system is a Merlin Magix 2.0, with Merlin Messaging

Extension 4000 is only a voicemail box, there isn’t a physical phone attached to it.
Extension 4001 is a regular desk phone, with a voicemail account. How could I setup the coverage on x4000 so that it rings at x4001 a few times then goes to back to voicemail for x4000.

I am trying to do this remotely, so I don’t have access to the operator console, just WinSPM.

Also, is there a button I can put on x4001 that indicates when there is voicemail in voicemail box 4000.

Renumber an unused adjunct extension as 4000, put a shared system access button for 4000 on 4001 and assign ringing to it, assign 4000 to cover group 30. When a call comes into 4000, it rings the key 4 times, then covers to the mailbox of 4000. If you have a fair amount of traffic on 4000, you may want to assign 2-3 SSA keys on 4001 for 4000, as each call will occupy a key.
