question about blocking emails and seconday mailboxes

I have a user who we will call homer, who checks his email, plus checks email for another user, named bart.

he accesses barts mailbox as a secondary mailbox using "open these additional mailboxes" in his outlook setup.

if homer blocks an email that is going to barts email account, will the block also apply to homer?

reason I am asking is that homer wants to block say emails from amazon.com that are flooding barts email box, but Homer may want to receive emails from amazon in the future.
