Question about BES220 Switches

We had a vendor propose BES220 switches for our network as part of a infrastructure refresh specifically for a UC implementation (350 users, 6 total sites). I'm not familiar at all with that switch and am a novice for networking in general. I've read lots about the need for Layer 3 switches for UC implementations. I'm looking for comments and suggestions.

In short they are a good low-cost switch for use in small to medium size businesses. You can stack up to four switches together for 192 switch ports. They support a host of Layer 2 features include everything you'll need for VoIP deployment including 802.1AB (LLDP).
