Question about alpha tagging

I have a MICS 6.1 and I need alpha tagging to work. I went through speed dial programming and I do not have any heading for NAME.

The manual says CLID match is 3 to 8 digits. For Caller id, we receive 10 digits.

Must I set up CLID match for alpha tagging to work?

Sorry I am not following the relation between digit count and missing name field.

The default heading under Display column is "Digits", change it to "Name"

I guess one has nothing to do with the other. I was misled. Nonetheless I got it to work and it wasn't too hard. Just have to read the manual.
