I have a question about Alpha-Numeric Tagging, System Speed Dial, and T7316E displays.
When I program a name for a System Speed Dial, so that I can use Alpha Numeric tagging of incoming calls from that number, the system allows me to put in up to 16 characters. However, when I call in from one of those numbers and get a match, the display on the T7316e phone is only showing 14 of the characters. It cuts off the last 2 characters of the name.
Anyone know why this is happening?
I could not find anything about this in the programming documentation.
