Our Events function has EOD set up to run at 3:00 PM in the afternoon, but in reality it does EOD at 2:30 AM in the morning. How could this be? Although not a big problem, sometimes our bar stays open later than 2:30AM. Also, Aloha clocks out automatocailly all employees during EOD who forgot to clock out that night, and we've had to go back and compensate for overpayed hours for the last couple weeks. When we first had Aloha going, if an employee forgot to clock out, no shift showed up on our Labor Report, and we would have to go to "edit punches" to give them their hours, which worked out better for us and didn't screw us over. How can it be set up to back to this way instead of automatically clocking out everyone at EOD at 2:30AM?

Can you run the event at, say 4 or 5am, which would be 28:00 or 29:00 in the event time. This just seems like a common time for EOD.

I would suggest leaving it set to clock everyone out and just set the time for the EOD to run later. Aloha's clock wraps around as bigblok said 2500=1am etc. The only places that disable the auto clockout are 24hr places like IHOP or something. There should be a place in store settings, labor to do this, but again I think you will not like doing that and will make things worse.

Just for future reference...if you want EOD to run at 3 PM, you would set it up as 15:00. Aloha uses Military time for the EOD times. If you wanted it to run at 1 am, you would enter 01:00.
