question about acd reports

We are in the process of going entirely to Cisco VoIP and I have been told of problems with reports being inaccurate. Also it has been mentioned that when 150 or so agents log in thru CAD that the system freezes up because too much band width is being used.
Have any of you had this happen or know if it is a real problem? It may be that my information is incorrect and it was just one persons bad experience.
