Question about ACD group and blocking lim

Hi when i block a lim, and if an ACD group is defined on this lim, what will happen; when customer calls to this ACd group?

1st choice : it goes to the CDINI adress of ACD group ??
2nd choice: customer gets congestion??

Which one?
i've a work about blocking a lim this evening .., so it's important for me..

Hi, this one 2nd choice: customer gets congestion. Instead you can use the ACD back-up facilities.
