Question about 5.0.7

I have installed openserver 5.0.7 several times now on a P4 2ghz box and continue to see a strange behavior. After installation is complete and it reboots, when you get to the "ctrl-d" prompt you need to press "ctrl-d" at least 3 times to get past it and continue booting. I have tried different keyboards with same results. Anyone else see this?

no, i haven't and we have installed a number of 5.0.7 systems.

is there anything strange/different about the keyboard/interface?
kvm switch?

Nothing strange about the hw.
I tried another keyboard with the same results.
Maybe its a setting in BIOS or during the install of 5.0.7?
