I have Phone that show in our display BUSY , it receive internal call but not receive call from hunt group .
Any ideas??

I'd tell you a UDP joke but I'm afraid you won't get it. TCP jokes are the best because you always get them.

it is most likely set to make 'make busy' if you can access the system maintenance commands the type locate feature ext <ext number> and hit return. The system will inform you of any active features set against this station.

Another problem is that some huntgroup return busy also phone into hunt group are free , there are command to reset huntgroup ?

You can not reset a hunt group.

if it was a ACD set it would say make busy. Is the phone setup as device only i.e someone has to login with a hotdesk code before you can use it?

Thanx i have solved problem , make to extension *#*# and rest them .
There are command from Mitel to make same command (*#*#)
