Quescom Q300 issues

Hi,
CME with Quescome Q300

Calls to mobiles if routed via the Quescom will intermittently not connect, no dial tone, or connect but called party cannot hear the caller.

Looking through the logs I can see multiple instances of the following.

EventID 1: Type: 2 source: GATEKEEPER Message: LCR oepration, cause no data for <mobile number>
