Hi, I have an MS Access table containing phone numbers and need to use that table to choose records in an SQL table. When I run the report, it seems to ignore the access table and ends up choosing ALL records in the SQL table. Is there a compatibility issue here or a bug? Both are accessed via ODBC and I don't know what else I need to do to get this working. Any help would be appreciated.

Cheers,

Pete

Crystal doesn't play nice when you pull data from different data sources. Your two best options are:

1) Use subreports - one report for each data source.
2) Combine the data into one data source (either import SQL Server data into Access or import the Access data to a table in SQL Server).

How do you have the tables linked?
