querying memo fields without limiting the data returned

Hi,
I was having a problem with a report not showing the entire contents of a memo field. I realized now that it was actually the query that was limiting the contents of the memo field in the query. It will only pull the first 200 characters whenever there is a query made on a memo field. Is there anyway to expand that limit?

Using Distinct or Group By in a query will cause memo fields to truncate at 255 characters. In some cases memo fields will be truncated in a Union query.
