Question:

What would be the ld and command to determine my DID range and the availables DID's I have left to assign?

Thanks, Reena

I don't know where this might be on the switch, but you should be able to get the ranges from the T-1/ISDN vendor. Then, go to load 20

REQ: PRT
TYPE: LUDN
CUST 0
DN: X Where X = the range you want to check. For, example, if you DID range is 5500-5599, enter 55 to get a list of available DN's in the range.

Hope that answers your questions, JK

as above, look at your used numbers, the missing numbers are normally did's... they come in blocks of 20 and to have a broken block would be rare. best way to tell is put a number on your phone and try calling it from outside.. either that or you phone bill should have at least the block size if not the range.. a did requires no switch programing after the 1st one works the provider sends the agreed digits.. a small company usually would have at least a hundred.. we have all 10,000 for this site and another 10,000 for a second site

Request a CSR from your carrier which should define the block(s) for you. These days, many carriers have the CSRs on line.
