Querying Add/Remove Programs

Hey guys,

I want to query the add/remove report (in Access) for a particular application, i.e. Microsoft Office.

Can this be done? I am not a SMS administrator but I do have access to the databases and views.

I searched and there was probably an answer but the thread was closed and had a dead link in it. Thanks.

in sms default web reporting there is a report called:

Count of all instances of software registered with add remove programs

And that has the info you want.
