Hey I've now got another error!!!!!

when I run Query (8.9) on a agent

I get the following:

2 calls in the same time frame - one gets recorded one doesn't.

so

start time stop time recorded status
10:11:20 10:17:40 y ok
10:13:30 10:16:40 n E121500


Now this is for the same agent..... how can he be presented with 2 calls? WTF???

It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you.
 
E121500 refers to an observation failure on the logger. I assume you are using the Nortel observe feature on your logger?

Is it possible that there was more than 1 segment in the call, and the observation on one of the portions failed? Just taking a wild guess...can you shed more light on what exactly the call scenario was?
 
these are different calls from different locations that appear to end up on the same phone in the same time frame....
