Query with Lebans Report to PDF

I am using Leban's Report to PDF but would like the PDF name to be a combination of customer name + Report + Date and to be generated automatically.

I am using the Leban form to start the print but have amended the source to a query rather than a table.

Does anyone know if it is possible to achieve what I want and if so how do I do it.
