Query Too Complex?

This is a real stumper to me.

I have a query that asks for a Date as input criteria to produce all records matching that Date. The query works without a problem, until i hit January 31st, 2002, and when entering that date, I get the error "The query is too complex...". Entering in 1/30 or any other dates are fine, but 1/31/02 seems to generate this error. Any thoughts?

Thanks,
EBox

What ODBC driver are you using?

I believe the query and the views in it might become wacky if they exceed a limit of 16 tables.

Do you have the latest patches applied? I remember there being a calendar bug.

What operating system are you using? Do you have the latest patches for those?

Has that computer been infected by a virus?

Not using OBDC. I think I have the latest patch-

Using Windows 2000, and the computer is uninfected.

Check your links for your tables. As you add tables or queries, Access trys to link for you. Double click on the links and delete them all. Then go back and manually, one at a time, link them. This worked for me.
