Query to return field names

I know how to do this in code, but is there a way (in Access/Jet SQL) to query a table and return just the field names in the table?

Or is code the only way?

Here is the SQL, cut and paste into the SQL screen of a query.

SELECT MSysObjects.Name FROM MsysObjects WHERE (Left$([Name],4) <> "Msys") AND (MSysObjects.Type)=1 ORDER BY MSysObjects.Name

Thanks for the reply, I have to apologize, I must not have asked my question correctly, I need to return field names from a known table, not table names using SQL.
