Query to pull machine IE, SP info

I would suggest installing / using the Web Reporter as method to get to the 'Software' data you are looking for.
Review the web report(s) Properties and/or Filters, then use the Custom Reports area to also assist in learning the resources/tables/fields to use within SMS Query to create collection(s).
