Hello all,

I am having trouble collecting data to show how many installations I have of the full version of Adobe Acrobat. My research shows that there are specific files with a .joboptions extension that are present when the full version of acrobat is installed. I have added the joboptions extension to the software inventory. I then wrote a query to look for the specific files that are present in a full installation of acrobat. I have thusfar received no results. The .joboptions extension was added to the software inventory about a week ago.

I know we have SMS clients with the full acrobainstallation on them, but nothing is showing up the the query.

Any ideas?

Can you query the registry instead of file extensions (assuming Windows)???
