I run a macro which does a query and then is configured to print a report. The query appears to run successfully(finishes in less than 5 mins) and then the "printer display" window pops up and the status remains in "spooling" forever. It ran for over an hour and never generated a print job. It does the same thing whether the print job is sent to a network printer or a local printer. However, this macro can be run at co-workers computer with no problem. What exactly is it that is not configured correctly on my computer that is resulting in it spooling forever? Any suggestions?
Stumped

Hi,

Has the operating system print spooler service stopped?

On NT 4: services control panel -> Spooler -> click Start
On Win2K/XP: Services control panel -> Highlight Print Spooler -> click Start.

I wish that's all it was. Other documents and reports can be printed from this computer. It is just this one macro that refuses to complete the print job.
