Query runs first time, errors second time

We have an ODBC connection to a SQL Server database which we have built an Access Query on. We do this in several spots without a problem. The problem is one Query we run will run the first time we open the program, the second time we open the query an error with a problem with Heterogenous queries require Ansi_Nulls and Ansi_Warnings to be set. We have the Ani_Nulls and the Ansi_Warnings set. This is a pretty straight forward query, that comes from two seperate SQL Server databases.

Hope somebody can help.
