Hi,

I am trying to write a query which returns the data in such a way that it shows my customers down the column and months across the top so that I can compare how much a customer spends month on month. I need it to do this for all the months in my database, and including when new months are added eg:

Customer Jan Feb March April
A 500 300 250 1200
B 340 450 670 230

Can anyone help. Currently I export to MS Excel and create a pivot table.

Regards,
Pete.

Hello:
You can do this with a crosstab query in Access. The wizard will help you through the process.
