Hi
I have a macro set to open up my query in print preview and then print it out. However, I can't figure out how to get the print preview to retain the settings I want (ie .25 margins, landscape, specific printer) I tried to set this info, but it forgets this it all evertime it runs. I'm used to reports where you just hit save and it remembers your page settings.
Is there any way to save or use some code to change the print preview so it uses the margins and printer I want??
Just so you know, the reason I didn't make a report is because it is a crosstab query in which the columns change depending on user entry. Also they prefer to see it as a spreadsheet, which the print preview does very well.
I would like to make this all happen at the touch of a button, but if there is no easy solution I'll just teach my users how to change the page settings to print it.
Thanks! You got til monday to think about it :-D Have a good weekend!
