Query output - Memo field

I have a table that has a field that is a MEMO field, a query runs off this table but does not output all the contents of the memo field? Why?

what are you outputting it to, its probably only outputting the first 255 characters, or thats is what i am assuming.

Are you outputting it to dbase by any chance????

If you are using Excel 97 it will only hold 255 chars per cell

For Excel 2000 it is 32.767

I am using Excel 2000 and according to the help on line the following is allowed in Excel

Length of cell contents (text) 32,767 characters. Only 1,024 display in a cell; all 32,767 display in the formula bar.

Can anyone tell me why my memo fields in ACCESS are not exporting to Excel. I am way below 32,767.
