hi everyone,

Can someone tell me where can I find papers on Query Optimization. Thak you, I really apreciate your help.

Almost everything you need is inside Books Online help file (sqlbol.chm). Look for chapter "Optimizing database performance". The rest is common sense - how to reduce resource usage (CPU, I/O, traffic...), avoid bottlenecks and so on.
