Query local security policy?

Hi all!
Does anyone know how to use VB6 to query the local security policy? I need to look at the user rights assignment, and see what users have what rights. Like "log on as service" for instance. All i´ve found so far is using a third party application like secedit or dumpsec, but i´d really like to be able to do it all in code. Does anyone have any suggestions?
