Good afternoon,

I have a database with a field for date in each record and a field for time. These are the date and time that the record occured.

I have a report that I would like to be able to query by date and time range, such as 2/1/2003 at 7 PM to 2/2/2003 at 5 AM or 2/1/2003 from 12 PM to 2/3/2003 at 6 PM.

How do I do the selection criteria to do these odd date ranges.

Thanks for all help.

File > Options > Reporting Tab
Check 'Convert NULL Field Value to Default'

This might work, let me know. Reebo

Seeing as I sent a wrong answer I'll try to make up for it. I would create a date/time formula field combining the 2 separate date and time fields, then when using the selection criteria, choose Is Between.

Hope this helps Reebo
