Query for users who haven't logged in?

I know there are 3rd party packages to let you see which users haven't logged in in "X" many days (like unused account ferret) But I didn't know if anyone knew how to create a query with SMS to do it.

Use SMS Web reports. There is a built-in query for Clients not discovered in # days.
